He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Sr. Torres and Norma Torres (Woodington); and his sons, Felix Torres, III and Joseph R. Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Torres (Strickland); his sister Juanita Portalatin; his niece Anita Rios; and his brother-in-law Robert E. Strickland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
