She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Hiam and Shirley Hiam (Wallace). She is survived by: her husband John F. Swender; her children, Renee Kelly Flynn (Michael), John H. Swender (Laura Ramos) and Stephanie McFarland (Michael); her grandchildren, Logan Flynn, Ella McFarland, Conor Flynn, Vivienne and Joseph McFarland; her siblings, Dawn Hiam, Eric Hiam (Linda) and Jody Hiam; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Joseph (Lex) and Janice Wescott (Rod). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
