He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis S. Usarzewicz and Stella Ann Usarzewicz (Pinkos); his siblings, Louis (Juliana Usarzewicz) and Barbara (Mike Quinlan); and his brother-in-law John Durak.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Usarzewicz (Kinsky); his sons, Michael, Steven (Lori) and Alex (Kristin Usarzewicz); his grandchildren, Jordan (Ray Gamache), Brittany (Christopher Gero), Morgan (Christopher Gordon) and Lindsay (John Gallelli); his great grandchildren, Jolie, Anneliese Gamache and Christopher Gero; his sister Clara Durak; and his sister-in-law Janet (Michael Tomatore). He is also survived by his niece, nephews and cousins.
