He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Tassone and Theresa Tassone (Marie K. Tassone); his brother Anthony Tassone (Lillian); his brother-in-law Joseph Olive; and his nephew Brian Haggerty.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law George Bartmer of Hammonton, NJ; his sisters, Dolores Haggerty of Holyoke, MA and Helen Bartmer; his sister-in-law Barbara Olive of Hammonton, NJ.; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Montalbano (Joseph), Terri Calabria (Mark), Stacey Crescenzo, Anthony Tassone (Laura), Robert Tassone (Jackie), Joseph Tassone, Lilleta Farnso (Sal), Bruce Haggerty, Sean Haggerty, Patricia Haggerty, Debra Haggerty, Doreen Haggerty and Jennifer Olive.
