He is survived by: his wife Lorraine S. Payne; his children, Douglas Payne of Florida, Cindy Berenato (Hersh) of Elm and Allen Payne (Lois) of Hammonton; and his stepchildren, Steve Long of Florida, Patty Kowalewski of Pleasantville and Michael Long of Hammonton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
