She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Flood, Sr.; her son-in-law David A. Iuliucci, Sr.; and her grandson William J. Flood, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Raye Ann Iuliucci of Waterford, Joseph J. Flood (Carolyn) of Hammonton, Edward C. Flood (Diane) of Vineland and William C. Flood (Susan) of Valerica, FL.; her grandchildren, David, Jr. Iuliucci (Donna), Jeffrey Iuliucci (Carolyn), Jennifer Morganti (Augustine), Joseph Flood (Andrea), Robyn Flood, Ashley Weisbecker (Robert), Jessica Flood, Sarah Flood (Vinnie Willson), Brian, Brandon Flood, Robert Bizzoco (Linda), Caryl Berenato, Joseph Berenato (Gayle) and Anthony Quiqley; her great grandchildren, Alexa, Taylor, David III, Olivia Iuliucci, Francesca, Gianna Morganti, Kelsie, Justin Flood, Skye, Robbie Weisbecker, Giavanna, Lorenzo Asencio, Lincoln Willson, Brandon, Brian Bizzoco, Sophia Berenato, Christopher, Nicholas, Samantha Berenato and Anthony Quigley; and her great great grandchildren, Sophie Marden and Jameson Bentsen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
