He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey M. Chiappine; his grandson Stefan M. Chiappine; his parents, Frank Chiappine and Carmella Chiappine; and his siblings, Joseph Chiappine, Lee Chappine, Anthony Chiappine, Julie DeStefano, Rosalie Calderone and Phyllis DiDonato.
He is survived by: his wife Ada Chiappine; his children, Lisa Ann Karnuk (Bill) and Frank Chiappine III (Amy); his grandchildren, Melinda Chiappine, Hannah Chiappine and Benjamin Chiappine; his great grandchild Alyssa Capelli; and his brothers-in-law, Tip DiDonato and John Calderone (Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
