He is survived by: his children, Milagros Rios-Concepción, Manuel Joel, Kelvin Omar and Karen Beatrice Rios-Roman; and his siblings, Jose, Luz Maria, Delia, Felicita and Julio Rios-Roman. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and many more family and friends.
