He is survived by: his parents, Betsy Nicastro of Hammonton and Orlando Medina, Sr. of North Bergen; his son Orlando Medina, III; his sisters, Sarina V. Medina, Talia E. Medina and Jennifer I. Medina; his grandparents, Miriam Rodriguez (Ralph), Carlos Matos and Iris Delgado; his aunt Christina; and his uncle Daniel Coulter (Betty Martin).
