He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul and Rose McGee (Healy); his mother Mary McGee Hughes; and his brother James Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Whiting Cochran; and his siblings, Nancy Lugar (William), Kathleen Kile (Michael), Daniel Cochran (Patricia) and Timothy Cochran. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with many great nieces and nephews.
