He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dougher and Helen Dougher (Trypuc). He is survived by: his children, John and Michelle Dougher; his siblings, Helen Dougher (Arlene), Thomas Dougher (Elaine) and Joseph Dougher (Diane); and his siblings' children, Thomas Dougher, Amy Dougher and Daniel Dougher.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Harrison Fire Department in care of the funeral home in loving memory of John.
