It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gjyljana Rripa of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Gjyljana may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gjyljana touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lule Tahiri and Gjergj Tahiri; her spouse Bepin Rripa; and her sibling Terezina Vila. She is survived by: her children, Mirela Mosheqaj (Gege) and Ardi Rripa; her siblings, Katrina Shkoder, Lucia Gurakuqi, Regina Cungeli and Marjan Tahiri; and her grandchildren, Franc and Evi.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Costa Memorial (170 Central Ave, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604).
