He was predeceased by: his wife Nanette Terrizzi; his daughter Jacquelyn Terrizzi; and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Terrizzi (Dana) of San Mateo, CA and Peter Terrizzi (Barbara) of Hawthorne; his grandchildren, Mick Terrizzi (Nicole), Matthew Terrizzi (Elizabeth), Annie Terrizzi, Jessica Terrizzi, Brandon Terrizzi and Brittany Messina; his great grandchildren, Sloane and Reece; and his brother Michael Terrizzi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Hawthorne Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
