He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Dee Casapulla of Pompton Plains; his children, James Casapulla, Jr. (Reenee) of Montclair, Michael Casapulla of Pompton Plains, Lorraine Van Der Velde (Pete) of Pompton Plains, Tony Casapulla (Janet) of Northborough, MA and Steven Casapulla (Denise) of Pompton Plains; his grandchildren, Devin (Michelle), Jimmy (Madison), Michael (Kaitlin), Leah (George), Samantha, Nicole (Pierre-Alexis), Jacqui (Joe), Janine, Kristen, Anthony (Katie), Nicholas, Julia, Alexandra and Grace; his great grandchildren, Maverick, Benjamin, Alyssa, Annabella, Emilia, Gabriella, Leo and George; and his brothers, Edward Casapulla, Jr. and Robert Casapulla.
