He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Terrizzi Sr. and Josephine Terrizzi; his brother Anthony Terrizzi; and his sister-in-law Marie. He is survived by: his daughter Crista Leigh Terrizzi; his former wife Carole Terrizzi; his brother Carmine Terrizzi; and his sister-in-law Nannette Terrizzi.
