She was predeceased by: her daughter Jacqueline Terrizzi; her parents, Peter Forbes and Annie Forbes; her brother Alexander Forbes; and her nephew Richard.
She is survived by: her husband Carmine Terrizzi; her sons, Michael Terrizzi (Dana) of San Mateo, CA and Peter Terrizzi (Barbara) of Hawthorne; her grandchildren, Mick Terrizzi (Nicole), Matthew Terrizzi, Annie Terrizzi, Jessica Terrizzi, Brandon Terrizzi and Brittany Messina; her great grandchildren, Sloane and Reece; and her sibling's children, Linda, Scott, Karen, Crista, Joyce, Tommy and Eddie.
