He is survived by: his father Robert P. Woetko; his wife Grace; his mother Susan Hammond (Thomas); his children, Leilani, Lileana, Elijah, Noah, Dominick and Adam; and his siblings, Nicholas Woetko (Angel), John Woetko (Juliana), Lisa Christensen (Thomas), Krystal Avey (Charles), April Hammond, Amy Hammond and Shannon Hammond. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (3269 NJ-35, Hazlet, NJ 07730). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (360 Broadway, Keyport, NJ 07735).
