He was predeceased by: his parents, George Geissler and Anne Geissler (Gavornik). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Geissler (Massaro); his children, Lori Geissler of Rivervale and Wayne Geissler (JeanMarie) of Middletown; his brothers, George Geissler (Joanne) and Roger Geissler (Linda); and his grandchildren, Megan Thorn, Kaitlyn Thorn and Nicholas Geissler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
