Ruff of Highland Park, New Jersey, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jean Krumme and Larry Krumme; her husband Charles D. Ruff; her children, Judy, Phil and Karen; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Noll and Sophia Noll of Valdosta.
