He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Francesca; his sons, Leonard (Kelly) and Dennis; his siblings, Luigia De Fazio (Angelo), Beniamino Azzollini (Anna), Onofrio Azzollini (Maria) and Guiseppina; his siblings-in-law, Corrado, Rose Amato, Antonia and Pietro Abbattista; his grandchildren, Natalie and Leonardo Azzollini; his parents, Leonardo Azzollini and Natalizia Azzollini; and also, Beloved and Junior.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Padre Pio Prayer Group at St. Ann's Church, 704 Jefferson Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030 or the American Cancer Society.
