She was predeceased by: her brother Frank Cantelmo. She is survived by: her husband Gerard "Jerry" Costante of South Plainfield; her children, Anthony Costante of San Diego, CA, Joseph Costante of Jersey City and Lisa Burgio (Steven) of Brick, NJ; her siblings, Amy Cochol (Warren), Francis Cantelmo, Louie Cantelmo (Rosemary) and Robert Cantelmo; and her grandchildren, Joey, Steven, Anthony and Ashley. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
