He was predeceased by: his father David Charles Rainey. He is survived by: his son Liam Rainey of Jacksonville; his mother Pat Rainey of Ashburn; his sister Mary Parker; his brother-in-law Jeff Parker; his nephew Sam Parker; and his niece Adi Parker of St. Simons Island.
Donations will be used for care of the Rainey Family Cemetery.
