He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Patricia; his brother Archie O'Keefe; and his brothers-in-law, Freddy Jimenez and Bruce Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Heidi; his children, Francis, Ryan, Christopher and Gabriella O'Keefe; his pet Bella; his sisters, Patricia Brown and Susan Jimenez; his nieces, Jessica Brown Murphy (Rick) and Leah Jimenez; his nephew Stephen Jimenez (Christina); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael Dieguez, Gemma and Bennet Jimenez; and his father-in-law Thomas Grossi. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In keeping with Francis' loving spirit and zest for life, it was his family's wish that Francis' final generous act was to give the gift of life to others through organ donations to the New Jersey Sharing Network.
