He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Carlos Lobo and Rosalina (Avila). He is survived by: his wife Cleotilde Elias-DeSullon; and his children, Rolando, Hernan, Julio, Maria, Segundo, Victor, Juan, Teresa, Jose, Richard and Doris Sullon.
