He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank G. Neubauer and Bette Kennedy. He is survived by: his stepmother Mary Neubauer; his wife Cheryl Neubauer (Coughlin); his sons, Kurt Joseph Neubauer and Frank Logan Neubauer; his granddaughter Brooklyn Willow Neubauer; and his sister Donna Delia.
