She was predeceased by: her husband George O'Brien. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Kurtz (Glenn), Thomas O'Brien, Patrick O'Brien (Jennifer) and James O'Brien (Kimberly); and her grandchildren, Tyler Kurtz, Zachary O'Brien, James O'Brien, Benjamin Kurtz, Kyle O'Brien, Kayla O'Brien, Jason O'Brien, Shawna O'Brien and Riely O'Brien.
