He is survived by: his children, William T. Bulger III (Sherrie), Janice Winegar (Robert), Thomas Bulger (Doreen), Arlene Guiles (Hunter) and Eric Vreeland; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Makenzie, Kaleigh, Robert, Torre, Amelia, Billy (Kayla) and Christina (Jon).
