He was predeceased by : his parent Albert Miller; his spouse Margaret Miller; his sisters, Alberta Graves and Christine Pierce; and his brothers-in-law, James Graves and Milton Pierce.

He is survived by : his parent Christine Miller; his children, Michelle L. Miller, Albert L. Miller Jr. and Christine E. Miller; and his grandchildren, Kayla Rodriquez, Charimar Morales, Damion Hadden, Shawna Miller, Sukie Jade Miller and Jedidiah Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and various relatives.
