We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2019, at the age of 66, Frances Hart (Hopewell, New Jersey) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Fato and Marie Fato (Azzinaro); her siblings-in-law, Richard Delaney and Helaine Hart; her husband Russell Hart; her sons, James Hart (Marc Lazarow) and Jonathan Hart (Kara); her grandsons, Luke and Logan; her sisters, Jessica Delaney and Lorraine Alach (Anthony); and her siblings-in-law, David Hart and Barbara Scannella (Robert).
