He was predeceased by : his parents, James J Armstrong Sr. and Lillian Ragan; and his wife Katharine Armstrong (Nancy). He is survived by : his daughters, Holly Armstrong, Kitty Reinert and Stephanie Jeffers (Hugh); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Winans (Ian), Caitlin Hildebrand (John), Holden Reinert, Shannon Jeffers, Jamie Jeffers and Sara Jeffers.
