She was predeceased by : her parents, Julius V. Petruska and Rose Sebok Petruska; her brother Julius "Pete" Petruska; her husband Paul M. Kurisko; and her grandson Kevin Kurisko.
She is survived by : her children, Patricia Harel, Richard, Kenneth (Karen Lee), Paul and Mark Kurisko (Anita); her grandchildren, Adam, Amy (Bruce Chadwick), Bradford (Lauren), Jacqueline (Sean Devlin), Brennan, Joshua, Jacob, Claire Kurisko and Ethan Harel; and her great grandchildren, Elli, Kavin, Braeden, Emma, Jack Kurisko, Will and Abby Devlin.
