He was predeceased by : his parents, James C. Turner and Nora Turbyfill Turner; and his brothers, Jim Turner, Ed Turner and Charlie Turner.
He is survived by : his children, Deborah Fooks (Albert) of Millville, Thomas R. Turner, Jr. (Sandy), Nancy A. Warburton of Hopewell Twp and Charlene Elbirn (Bill) of Hopewell Twp; his grandchildren, Tracy Michnya, Jennifer Fooks, Jodi Pastirko, Jason Turner, Jeremy Warburton, Steven Warburton, Christopher Elbirn and Lindsey Elbirn; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Turner of Elmer and Nancy Reeves of Elmer. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.
