He was predeceased by : his father William K Allegar Sr.; and his sister Cheryl Allegar. He is survived by : his mother Phyllis Allegar (Georgiann Allegar); his siblings, Deborah Moore (Richard) and Randy Allegar (Theresa); his children, Edward R Jackson (Kelly), Christina M Brenner (Chris) and Jodie J Allegar (Jon); and his grandchildren, Jasmine L Unruh, Avery D Jackson and Ryan D Jackson.
