She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Z. Telep and Raymond Brown; her husband John J. Costigan, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Kakaryka (Frank) of Jersey City, Robert Brown of Las Vegas, NV and Eleanor Kavanaugh of Secaucus, NJ..
She is survived by: her sons, John Costigan (Margaret), Josepha Costigan and James Costigan; her grandchildren, Adrienne, Megan, James and John (Arielle); her great grandchildren, Rickey, Emily, Kaylee and Kayleigh; and her sister Anna Nixon (George) of Port Richey, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
