She was predeceased by: her spouse John Moscarelli; and her sibling Antonio Spina. She is survived by: her child Joseph John Moscarelli of Totowa; and her siblings, Salvatore Spina of Woodland Park, Sergio Spina of Haledon, Rosina De Francesco of Paterson and Ada DeMarco of Paterson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces.
