“Another wonderful servant of the Lord has received their heavenly wings. Ms. Webb was a former neighbor and dear friend of my mother's up to mom's passing in 2020. They traveled extensively together and in many ways Ms. Webb was my alternative mother given she knew me for roughly 60 years. She was a strong woman, had a great laugh and loved to play cards. She knew how to handle herself in the kitchen too. She will be missed.”
