She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Carney of Castlebar and Michael Sullivan of Cahersiveen; her former husband Donald Collins; and her brothers, James Sullivan, William Sullivan and Eugene Sullivan.
She is survived by: her friends, Jim and Mary Stine; her husband James Gorski; her granddaughters, Kathryn, Jane Gorski, Beatrice, Isabelle and Lily Collins; and also Debra Collins. She is also survived by her 3 children and their spouses.
