She is survived by: her children, Kristina Mahoney (Chad Nelson) and Erin Mahoney; her grandchildren, Hailey, Alyssa, Jace, Kaden Nelson and John Underwood, Jr.; her parent Patricia Kaminski; and her siblings, Jackie Kaminski, Michele Kaminski, Andrea Kaminski and Kathy Kaminski.
