Stella Magliano Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella Magliano of Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on June 25, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Giovanni Bove and Filomena Bove; her husband Sebastiano Magliano; and her brothers-in-law, Luigi Magliano (Maria) and Vincenzo Tirone.
She is survived by: her children, Peter (Maria), Domenico (Jackie) and Josephine (Joe Vaccarella); her grandchildren, Mariestelle (Jaime), Peter (Joann), Matthew (Cassie), Gregory (Andrea) and Paul; her great grandchildren, Sebastian, Eleanor, Giavanna, Rose, Joseph and Lia Stella; and her siblings, Francesco Bove (Caterina) and Alfonsina Tirone. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation (3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07306). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Nicholas Church (122 Ferry St, Jersey City, NJ 07307). An entombment will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
