He is survived by: his wife Felicidad Alcazar (Caminero); his children, Maria Hernandez, Katherine Alcazar and Fredinand Alcazar; his grandchildren, Ferdie Kris Alcazar, Gene Hernandezz, Jeric Hernandez, Jennifer Alcazar and Rico Alcazae; and his sisters, Maresol Marcos, Gloria Banawis, Minerva Alcazar and Devine Baquiran.
