He was predeceased by: his big brown hound Titan. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph W. Hazeldine Sr. of Keansburg and Marion Theodorakos; his brothers, Joseph Hazeldine (Lisa Todd) and Timothy (Anne Hazeldine); his nephews, Vaughan, Gage and Callan; and his cousins, James and Debra Hazeldine (family: Stefani, Missy, Mickey). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and very dear friends.
