He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cantwell Sr. and Deborah Cantwell. He is survived by: his sisters, Janet (Matthew York) and Carrie (Joel Drost); his nephews, Matthew Drost and Matthew York; and his niece Bailey Cantwell.
