Gloria Jean Morton Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gloria Jean Morton of Kearny, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Morton; and her grandson James Colamedici. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Colamedici (Carol), Susan McLaren (Frank Shrimp) and Joseph Colamedici (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Amanda MacDonnell (Len), Anthony, Joseph, Jonathan Colamedici and Andrew McLaren; and her great grandchild Colin MacDonnell.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home (596 Belgrove Dr, Kearny, NJ 07032). A Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (136 Davis Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
