He is survived by: his sister Mary Urban of Whitting; his daughter Nancy Kalieta (Leo) of Matawan; his grandchildren, Lauri O'Leary (Mathew) and Thomas Kalieta (Jaceyln); his great grandchildren, Tom Jr., Jay, Sarah, Jack and Kennedy; and his sister-in-law Doreen Podber.
