Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the D'Elia Funeral Home (1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Lake Church (43 Madison Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701). An entombment will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Saint Mary of the Lake Cemetery (43 Madison Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701).
Her legacy of faith, charity, and service will continue to live on through those who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Carmelita's memory to The Michael J. Fox Foundation to support Parkinson's research.
