She was predeceased by : her husband Peter F. Connolly, Sr.; her parents, Jesse Douglas and Helen Douglas; her brother Gerald Douglas; and her grandson Matthew Douglas Golembeski.

She is survived by : her children, Peter F. Connolly Jr. of Brooklyn, NY, Maureen Golembeski of Holmdel, Janet Kurella of Holmdel and Barbara Drudy of Hudson, FL.; and her siblings, Robert Douglas and Ethel Dubrowski of Woodcliff Lakes, NJ.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home- Owner John (2170 NJ-88, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Dominic RC Church (250 Old Squan Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
