With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Minerva Mendez of Lakewood, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Minerva left this world on November 1, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emilio Cruz Mendez and Rosa Augusto; her children, Edith (David), Lissette (George) and Ruben; her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Camryn, Christian, Frank and Vincent; and her great grandchildren, Jaida, Zoe, Dominic and Frankie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Delia Funeral Home (1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in Minerva's memory to the St. Vincent de Paul Society's food pantry or to your local food pantry.
