He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Cioffi Sr. and Rose; and his siblings, Theodore, Camille, Lillian and Matthew.

He is survived by: his wife Agnes; and his daughter Susanne (Guy) of Brooklyn, NY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the D'Elia Funeral Home (1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Luke Roman Catholic Church (1674 Old Freehold Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755). A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
