He was predeceased by : his parents, Eduardo Fondevilla-Ovalle and Mercedes Fondevilla-Ovalle; and his siblings, Gina Werbitski, Rosalie Casper, Jo McMahon and Nick Ovalle.

He is survived by : his wife Marie Ovalle (Bakst); his children, Anthony Ovalle, Lori (Bernie Chunta) and Margaux (Wayne Wisniewski); his grandchildren, Nicole, Alicia Chunta, Justin Wisniewski (Daniele), Christa Wisniewski (Justin Martilotti), Matthew Wisniewski (Christine Scott), Mark and Caleb Wisniewski; his great grandchild Kol Wisniewski; his siblings, Arthur Ovalle (Barbara) and Rosemarie Tolins; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Burbel, Yehuda Engelman (Shula) and Haim Shagrir (Leah). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
