He is survived by: his wife Diane Chick (Newkirchen); his children, Edward J. Chick Jr, Bryan Chick (Norvell), Anthony E. Chick and Elisa Ham (Stephen); his brothers, Francis Chick and Gerald Chick; and his grandchildren, Stephen, David, Jason, Joseph and Maverick.
